Chef Coco is building an artificial intelligence (AI) that collaborates with human chefs to make fine dining widely accessible.

Our AI incorporates machine-interpretable knowledge bases, robust cognitive models, and sophisticated deep learning algorithms. It is being collaboratively developed and continuously improved upon by human fine dining chefs, as well as experts in food, knowledge modeling, cognitive sciences, and artificial intelligence.

The resulting machine intelligence has practical understanding of ingredients, cooking techniques, recipes, and diner preferences such as taste, presentation, and creative merit. It also considers operational factors such as sourcing and fulfillment costs, ingredients availability, and preparation time.
